How to join LaVie Rewards?

• Step 1: Proceed to any LaVie Rewards Counter located on the 3rd and 5th floor of the gaming area and fill out our Membership Application Form.
• Step 2: Submit your Membership Application Form to us along with a valid government-issued ID.
• Step 3: Once your application is approved, you’ll be issued with your LaVie Rewards membership card which you can use and earn points in the gaming area.

How do you earn points in LaVie Rewards?
You earn points on your LaVie Rewards card by playing any slots machine and table games in our gaming areas. These points are called LaVie Cash.

How do you unlock the other tier levels of LaVie Rewards?
You can unlock the next tier by earning a set amount of tier points.

Once you’ve reached the specified tier points, you’re eligible to move to the next tier. We’ll inform you once you’ve achieved this milestone.

What happens if you lose your LaVie Rewards card?
If you misplace your LaVie Rewards card, head to any LaVie Rewards Counter located on the 3rd and 5th floor of the gaming area and get a replacement card. The replacement card is free of charge.

Who can join the LaVie Rewards program?

You can use your LaVie Rewards card in the gaming area, restaurants, and the hotel.

• Gaming Area: For table games, present your card to the dealer and they’ll clock you in so you can receive your LaVie Cash. For machine games, insert your card in the slot before you begin playing.
• Restaurants: Present your LaVie Rewards card before you bill out. The team will process your discount. The discount is only applicable to ala carte orders paid by cash or with credit card.
• Hotel: Upon reservation, present your LaVie Rewards card to avail yourself of a special member discount.
